Are you ready to take the next step in your career within the Formula 1 industry? Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team is excited to offer you the opportunity to join the 2025 Formula Future Engineering Academy, an experience program designed to introduce aspiring individuals to the world of Formula 1.
After an intensive period of theoretical training, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in a highly professional environment. You’ll develop valuable skills, build industry connections, and move closer to your passion for motorsport.
As a vehicle engineer, you could be part of one of the following teams:
- VEHICLE PERFORMANCE DEPARTMENT: Analyzes F1 car performance, developing new analysis processes and KPIs to support both factory and in-race activities.
- DESIGN OFFICE PLANNING GROUP: Supports the Design Office in the planning and development of all car items, from Aero Release to Design release, and develops tools and methodology to improve the efficiency of planning processes.
- PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT: Optimizes and supports the manufacturing processes of F1 car components, ensuring high precision, efficiency, and quality control while collaborating with design and engineering teams to meet performance standards.
We’re seeking young graduates with a strong ability to work under pressure, along with a flexible and adaptive approach. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a team player, and possesses excellent communication skills.
This position is based in Faenza.
