Location: Milan - (smartworking policy: 2 days/week)
Contract & Salary: Duration and RAL commensurate with experience
Retribuzione annua: 22000€ - 28000€
Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Training & Experience Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging educational experiences that strengthen Partner sales teams and enhance customer loyalty. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize training sessions, workshops, and special launch events across different channel, for example:
- Training programs for Field Force and Partner sales representatives on Samsung Mobile Experience products
- Interactive hands-on workshops to educate consumers on product benefits
- Special loyalty programs for Partner sales teams to build strong, long-term relationships
- Engaging in-store events to support product launches
- Immersive brand experiences beyond traditional retail, increasing brand awareness and purchase intent
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Humanities or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Training, Events, or Marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Project management experience
- Event planning and execution expertise
- Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
